We want you to feel confident when trying PoopDoc®. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, please review our returns and refund policy below.

 

Returns

 

  • You may return any unopened and unused bottles within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • We cannot accept returns on opened bottles due to health and safety regulations.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • Please note that postage costs are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@good-2go.co.uk within 7 days of receipt.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


 

How to Return an Item

 

  1. Email hello@good-2go.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
  3. Package your items securely and post them back to us.
